We have met Ruby and Nick in other books in this series and they both are a riot. Nick is well a thief but a good man/err maybe a man?
Ruby has worked hard all her life to provide for her and her sister and now that her sister has mated Ruby is left to wonder what life holds in store for her? Men have never wanted anything more than a fling, they are horrible beings or so she thinks.
Nick needs a place to stay and ends up at Ruby's this couple is in for one heck of a ride... Dragons and more are after them can they come out of this intact and still together?
