When Matt thinks things will never get better inside his head he is tasked with watching over his Colonel's granddaughter.
Lanie was full of life until she trusted the wrong person.
These two are bent but not broken. They find strength, and much more in each other throughout this story. And no stalker can take away what they find together. Beautifully written story.
