Petru made a decision centuries ago concerning his lifemate.
He walked away... but never again.

Safia god I just loved this woman. She is strong, fierce and so much more than even she knows.
She has been trained her whole life for what is to come and what she must do.

The cards do play a large part in this story and I just love the more Dark parts...

Petru and his brothers make their way to where his lifemate is in need but they are not prepared for what they find in this small town.

Safia may not believe how Petru accepts all so easily after what she has heard about lifemates which wasn't much.

These two are an amazing couple together. And I can not wait to see which of the brothers finds their mate next... we know it's coming!

I will never be bored of this series... and I highly recommend it if you like the paranormal, vampires, shifters, warriors, and strong women. It truly is a series you could read over and over again. They are so well written.
